Started by acoustic punk Mark Ayling in 2018 as a way to get some heavier songs written and recorded, Rumours of War are currently finishing writing their 1st album and will be releasing it at some point in 2022. Sloganeering, the band's debut EP, was released in March 2019

Rumours of War are a 3-piece and are based in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
